The Office of the Registrar is responsible for keeping and updating student files and records, scheduling and registration activities, transcript and enrollment verification requests, immunization records, and more.
Transcript Request
Transcripts are issued only on a signed, written request and are mailed directly to the receiver by the school. Transcripts are issued when all financial obligations to the school have been fulfilled and any delinquent loans have been cleared.
You may request a transcript in person or by fax. Please note that faxed requests must be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
There is a transcript fee for each request. Please refer to the Transcript Request Form for prices.
