Office of Student Records Administrator

Austin’s School of Spa Technology, is seeking a Office of Student Records Administrator to join the schools campus in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining master schedule; responsible for completion of monthly and yearly reports; preparing student audits; processing transcript requests; responsible for petty cash reconciliation and disbursements; overseeing and managing access of all student records and academic information; additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Administrative and office management required.
  • Bookkeeping background helpful.
  • Good technical skills essential.
  • Proven track record in administrative setting.
  • Experience dealing with student population helpful.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in fast paced environment.

Compensation:
Varies, based on qualifications and experience.
